MY JOURNEY
Throughout my life and career, I've seen firsthand how much we all need support to regulate our nervous system. Life is often stressful, overwhelming and unpredictable. My goal is to create a safe space where people can find calm in the midst of it all. CST drew me in because it's gentle, yet powerful!
